Every Block machine is like a different car, they all sound a little bit different, vibrate a little differently, all have different gadgets, but in the end, they all have to do the same thing which is: that high-density concrete products will last for a lifetime and like all cars, once one understands this principle, will be able to operate any Block Machine.

Servicing

Block machines, ready mix stations, and whatever auxiliary equipment is around any block machine.

Like any good thing in a man’s life, Block Machines are there to pave our roads to our destinations, but without taking care of this „good thing”, at some point, without giving it the right attention, it will deteriorate and break down.

Servicing and maintaining any mechanical device is crucial for a long-lasting operation.

Whenever there is a relocation, some electrical adaptations are necessary, Or maybe the existing system is outdated and some improvements are required.

We have all the necessary tools and engineers to improve any stone-making machine.

Along the way we have found many companies that had good raw materials, and good machines but were producing only gray and mono-color products.

With our experience and goodwill of sharing, we have helped many of them to develop their catalogs of only 3 or 4 colors to high premium products such as washed products, tumbled/aged products, color mixed stone, split stones, etc.
